Through a robust and continuous talent review process, we:

To aid the talent review process we utilize, career aspiration interviews and occupational assessments to identify future potential for succession planning purposes. Individuals are assessed against future leadership roles via EQ, personality and cognitive ability assessments. All the information gained through this process are collated and integrated in a well-structured Talent Development Plan.
